The Overhill brothers, Hob, Nob and Bob, honed their song craft in southern-most Eriador on the borders of Gondor. Playing the inns in the great port city of Long Daer, they entertained the locals and visiting sailors with their harmonies and tales of love, longing and mirth. Once they achieved that certain age, they set out for points west to reunite with their northern Underhill cousins, making a name for themselves as golden throated troubadours at the Ivy Bush, the Green Dragon, the Floating Log and the Golden Perch. After being banned from the Prancing Pony for suspected sorcery, they moved west to settle in the proud city of Stumptown, where the Willamette feeds the Columbia. They now perform as the Overhills, bringing a hint of their origins in all sounds Americana to the Hostel Café.
